Terms of service
These terms describe access to Nenova, an editorial wellness publication operated from Central Jakarta. By reading the site, you agree to use it lawfully, respect intellectual property, and understand that general information is not personal medical advice. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use interactive features.
1. Publisher and scope
Nenova is published from Jl. Merdeka Raya No. 45, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, Jakarta 10350, Indonesia. These terms cover pages, newsletters, forms, and editorial materials. Third-party destinations have independent terms. If a specific page states an additional condition, that condition applies only to the relevant feature.
2. Educational purpose
Articles discuss general wellness, food, movement, sleep, healthcare navigation, and culture. They are not diagnosis, treatment, prescription, emergency guidance, or a substitute for a clinician. Nothing on the site creates a doctor-patient relationship. Seek qualified local care for personal decisions and urgent symptoms.
3. Acceptable use
Readers may access the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial reading and may share ordinary links. Do not interfere with security, scrape at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, harvest addresses, or use the site to target vulnerable people with deceptive claims.
4. Intellectual property
Nenova owns or licenses text, layout, marks, and original editorial materials unless another credit is shown. A short quotation for criticism, education, or reporting is permitted with attribution and a link. Reproducing a complete article, database, or distinctive visual treatment requires written permission.
5. Reader messages
When you send a message, you confirm that you may share it and that it is not knowingly unlawful or harmful. Do not include confidential medical records or another person's personal data. You retain ownership of your message, while granting Nenova permission to use it to reply, moderate, investigate, or improve the service.
6. Accuracy
Editors work to make pages clear and current, but no publication is error-free and information can become outdated. A date, citation, or professional quote does not guarantee that an article is complete for every reader. Contact us with a correction and avoid relying on a page where the stakes are urgent.
7. Links
Links are provided for context and convenience. Nenova does not control third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, or commercial claims. A link does not mean endorsement. Review the destination's own terms before sharing information or making a purchase.
8. Newsletter
Newsletter delivery depends on email providers and may be delayed or filtered. Subscribers can leave at any time. We may suspend a list or address when required for security, legal compliance, or repeated delivery failure. Newsletter content remains subject to these terms.
9. Advertising
Commercial messages are labelled and kept separate from independent coverage. An advertiser cannot require a health promise or conceal a material relationship. Advertising availability does not mean Nenova has verified every claim made by an advertiser; readers should assess offers independently.
10. Availability
We may change, pause, or remove pages for editorial, legal, security, or maintenance reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will remain available forever. Reasonable care is taken to preserve important editorial records and explain material corrections.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Nenova is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general information, interruption, third-party links, or reader-submitted material. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including certain consumer or personal injury rights.
12. Indemnity
If your unlawful use of the site causes a claim or loss, you agree to cooperate with a reasonable investigation and reimburse costs to the extent the law permits. This clause does not require a reader to indemnify Nenova for Nenova's own unlawful conduct.
13. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Indonesia, subject to mandatory protections in the place where a consumer lives. We prefer an informal resolution first. Contact us with the page, issue, and requested outcome before starting a formal proceeding.
14. Changes
This version took effect on 12 October 2026. A prior version dated 1 April 2026 was updated to clarify reader messages, advertising separation, and the resolution process. We may revise these terms as the service develops. The effective date at the top identifies the version in force.
15. Contact
Questions may be sent through contact.php, by phone at +62 21 5289 7416, or by post to Jl. Merdeka Raya No. 45, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, Jakarta 10350, Indonesia. We aim to acknowledge clear enquiries within seven days and respond as soon as the relevant editor can review them.
These terms should be read together with the privacy policy, cookies policy, and health and editorial disclaimer. The policies describe related practices but do not convert general publication material into a personal service. If a page contains a correction note, source note, or feature-specific instruction, it should be read in its immediate context.
We may update the site, pause a feature, remove an outdated link, or revise an article when editorial, security, legal, or accessibility reasons make that appropriate. A change to these terms will carry a new date near the top of the page. The 12 October 2026 version is the current version for ordinary website use.
Some links lead to services operated by independent organisations. Nenova does not control their availability, pricing, privacy notices, content, or security. A reader should review the destination's terms before creating an account, paying a fee, sharing contact details, or relying on information found there.
To report misuse, a copyright concern, a broken link, or a question about these terms, contact Nenova at Jl. Merdeka Raya No. 45, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, Jakarta 10350, Indonesia, or phone +62 21 5289 7416. We aim to acknowledge a message within five business days and normally respond within 30 days, although legal or technical investigations can take longer.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable Indonesian law, while a consumer may retain any mandatory rights available in the jurisdiction where they reside.
For clarity, no part of these terms asks a reader to waive non-waivable consumer, privacy, accessibility, or intellectual-property rights. The document was reviewed on 12 October 2026, and the next material revision will be dated and described rather than inserted without notice.
These terms apply to the public pages, articles, guides, newsletters, contact features, and any downloadable material made available by Nenova. They do not create a subscription contract merely because a person visits a page, and they do not change mandatory consumer or privacy rights. A reader remains responsible for reviewing the context of a linked third-party service before using it.
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security review, an infrastructure incident, or a change in publishing priorities. Where practical, Nenova will preserve access to previously published material while checking links and dates. A temporary inability to load a page does not transfer responsibility for a reader's independent decisions to a third party.
Questions, rights concerns, copyright notices, and reports of misuse may be sent to Nenova, Jl. Merdeka Raya No. 45, Gondangdia, Central Jakarta, Jakarta 10350, Indonesia, or +62 21 5289 7416. We aim to acknowledge messages within five business days and normally provide a substantive response within 30 days. Complex complaints may require an additional update while relevant records are reviewed.
Operational records connected with a complaint may be kept for up to 24 months after closure, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. Contact details used only for a one-time reply are ordinarily removed from active correspondence records within 90 days after the matter is closed. These periods do not require Nenova to keep information that is no longer necessary.
The current text was reviewed on 12 October 2026. A material revision will carry a new effective date and a short description of the affected provision. Earlier dated copies may be retained internally so that the history of an important change can be explained if a reader asks.
